National Customer Service Week (October 7th  – 11th ) is a week-long opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.

Michelle Wright, Director of Customer Experience from Thirteen said: “Customer service is really important to us all year round, but we understand the value behind a dedicated week. It gives us the ideal opportunity to promote the breadth of our products and services, enabling us to deliver the best customer experience we can.

“It is also an opportunity to acknowledge colleagues who deliver fantastic customer service every single day.

“We are really looking forward to meeting many of our customers, whether for information about Thirteen or just a good old chin wag!”
